The Pavilion Kitchen has counter space, sink, refrigerator and microwave. Bring prepared food to your event; there is no stove for cooking but several electrical outlets for crockpots and roasters. You'll also need to provide your own utensils and cleaning supplies.
The 41'x42' Pavilion Meeting Room can accommodate over 150 people. Available are 27 eight foot tables and 155 folding chairs, kept in the adjacent storage room. Just inside the main entrance is access to separate restrooms for Men and Women. A water cooler and coat area are located between the pavilion entrance and the second set of double doors leading to the meeting room.
The Pettisville Park Pavilion is wheelchair accessible from the concrete approach between the parking lot and the main double doors. Central air-conditioning and heating are provided.
Reservations will be taken up to 13 months in advance, first come, first served.
A usage fee and deposit are required 60 days prior to rental date. The rental fee is $200.00 ($100.00 refundable security deposit upon inspection of facility). All rentals must be made between the hours of 7am to 11pm (park closes at 11pm).
For a refund on the rental fee, you must give at least a 30-day notice. NO REFUND will be given if you cancel with less than a 30-day notice.
AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU IF THE PAVILION IS LEFT UNCLEAN OR IF DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE PAVILION OR ITS CONTENTS. Any pavilion damage or cleaning charges will come out of the security deposit. If the pavilion and its contents are in satisfactory condition following inspection, the entire deposit will be refunded. If cleaning or damage charges apply, P.A.R.C., Inc. reserves the right to determine what amount of security deposit to withhold.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES permitted. Nothing is to be placed on the walls. Renter is expected to take trash to the dumpster, clean tables and chairs, and return tables and chairs to storage room.
