We require a $225 advance payment to hold your date and place the reserved notice on our public calendar. The $75 security deposit portion, of your payment, will be returned following a positive inspection after the rental. Rental hours are 7am to 11pm (park closes at 11pm). Please have the building cleaned and ready to be locked at 11pm.

To cancel your rental, you must give at least a 30-day notice. Only your $75 security deposit will be refunded if you cancel with less than a 30-day notice. *Note- due to current public health concerns: Pavilion Rental "cancellations/reschedulings" no longer need a "30-day" notice as a full refund requirement. If you have questions about Pavilion Rental Cancellations, please contact the Park Treasurer.

AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU IF THE PAVILION IS LEFT UNCLEAN OR IF DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE PAVILION OR ITS CONTENTS. Any pavilion damage or cleaning charges will first come from the security deposit. If the pavilion and its contents are in satisfactory condition following inspection, the entire $75 deposit will be refunded. If cleaning or damage charges apply, P.A.R.C., Inc. reserves the right to determine what amount of the security deposit to withhold.

NO ALCOHOL permitted on the Park property. Nothing is to be placed on the pavilion walls. Renter is expected to take trash to the dumpster, sweep the floors, clean tables and chairs, and return tables and chairs to the storage room.

Only one Rental per day accepted and only up to 13 months in advance.

4. And finally, to reserve your date, either mail your advance payment check, or use our Credit Card option and pay online- PayPal Payment ($225 plus $5.07 credit card processing fee).

A PayPal account is not required to pay by credit card via PayPal's secure server.
