If you prefer to pay your Pavilion Rental Fee and Deposit, by credit card, use this PayNow button below to transfer your payment on PayPal's secure server.

Please note that we add the $6.28 credit card processing cost so the total charge to your credit card will be $206.28.

The $75 security deposit portion, of your payment, will be returned following a positive inspection after the rental. We will mail a check to return your deposit.

Rental hours are 7am to 11pm (park closes at 11pm).

To cancel your rental, you must give at least a 30-day notice. Only your $75 security deposit will be refunded if you cancel with less than a 30-day notice. *Note- due to current public health concerns: Pavilion Rental "cancellations/reschedulings" no longer need a "30-day" notice as a full refund requirement. If you have questions about Pavilion Rental Cancellations please contact the Park Treasurer.

$206.28 to the Pettisville Park (PARC Inc) for pavilion rental fee + security deposit +$6.28 credit card processing fee.

Meeting Room

The 41'x42' Pavilion Meeting Room can accommodate 150 people. Available are 25 eight foot tables and 146 folding chairs, kept in the adjacent storage room. Just inside the main entrance is access to separate restrooms for Men and Women. A water cooler and coat area are located between the pavilion entrance and the second set of double doors leading to the meeting room.

The Pettisville Park Pavilion is wheelchair accessible from the concrete approach between the parking lot and the main double doors. Central air-conditioning and heating are provided.
