You can set up the tables and chairs to suit your needs. We have included some suggestions to help you visualize ways to set up for your event.
The main room has 10 outlets, however they are all on the same breaker. If you are planning on using a lot of roasters and crock pots we recommend you plug them into the outlets in the kitchen.
No, we don't allow our renters to bring in inflatable rides, obstacle courses or games.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your grill to cook outside. We ask that you set up in the grass away from the buildings. Please clean up your mess when finished.
We have had renters bring in an ice cream machine. Please be aware that it needs to have a standard plug. Also, the machine does draw a lot of power and can blow the breaker, especially if you have a roaster or crock pot into the same circuit / breaker. All of the outlets in the main part of the building are on the same breaker. The kitchen has three seperate breakers.
Assistance dogs who are trained to perform a task directly related to a person’s disability are permitted at the park and pavilion in accordance with the ADA. Emotional support animals are NOT because providing emotional support or comfort is not a task related to a person’s disability. For more information please visit https://www.ada.gov/topics/service-animals/
There are some utensils that you are welcome to use. We just ask that they be washed, dried and returned to their drawer when finished.
No, there is no smoking or vaping in the pavilion or on the park grounds.
