If you wish to pay by Credit Card use the "Pay Now" button below. The total change will be $230.07, which includes the PayPal / Credit Card processing fee.

Reservations will be accepted up to 13 months in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We require a $225 advance payment ($150 rental fee + $75 security deposit) to hold your date and mark the pavilion as “reserved” on our calendar. Payment must be made within 30 days of the date you contact the treasurer to make your reservation. Your $75 security deposit will be returned upon a positive inspection after your event. Rental times for your event must fall between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm when the park closes. We ask that your event is over, and you are out of the pavilion by 11:00pm.
To cancel your reservation, you must give at least a 30-day notice to receive a full refund. Only $75 of your $225 payment will be refunded if you cancel with less than a 30-day notice.
AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU IF THE PAVILION IS LEFT UNCLEAN OR IF DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE PAVILION OR ITS CONTENTS. Any pavilion damage or cleaning charges will first come from the security deposit. If cleaning or damage charges apply, P.A.R.C., Inc. reserves the right to determine what additional cost is appropriate for cleaning or repairs.
You will not be issued a key for entry; the pavilion will be unlocked for your reservation. If you find the pavilion locked upon your arrival, contact the Pavilion Caretakers, Nick and Valerie Rice (See sign on refrigerator and storage room door)
Alcoholic beverages ARE NOT permitted on park premises or inside the pavilion.
Pets ARE NOT permitted on park premises or inside the pavilion except for ADA compliant service dogs.
Smoking and vaping ARE NOT permitted inside the pavilion.
Open flames ARE NOT permitted inside the pavilion except for traditional birthday candles.
Tape, command strips, and other adhesives ARE NOT permitted on the walls, wooden doors or ceilings.
The renter must sweep floors, take trash to the dumpster, remove tape from tables, clean tables & chairs, and return tables & chairs to the storage room. (See checklist on refrigerator and storage room door).
